- 2 mashed, over-ripe bananas
- 5 cups of whole wheat flour
- ½ cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (vanilla extract will work too)
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of oatmeal
You will also need:
- Muffin pan
- Muffin cases
- Mixing bowls
- Start by preheating the oven to 200⁰
